Business Coaching Process

The 1:2:1 Business Coaching is a process where we work together on your business. With 19Seventeen, LLC, you will receive Business Consultation, Business Coaching, and Executive Coaching to serve you, the business owner, refining your goals, plan, and business operations.

The process begins with a personal and business analysis establishing a baseline to measure our progress. We then work on establishing expected outcomes and work on achieving those outcomes.

Group Coaching

  • This coaching program meets weekly at the same time and day per week.
  • Each session is one hour in length (virtually).
  • Minimum of 3 Business/Individuals per group, maximum of 8.
  • This program is a 4 month commitment.

Once you complete the 90-day training cycle, you transition to a 1:2:1 nine-month Business Consultation, Business Coaching, and Executive Coaching process. The one-year commitment ensures your success by immersing you, the business owner, into the many operational facets of your business with the expected outcome of creating a sustainable business.
